Bionic Woman S01E01 PROPER HDTV XviD-STFU
Terminator in a skirt, that’s the summary of my first impressions from watching the pilot of Bionic Woman, a new TV show aired every Wednesday on NBC. A cute bartender is involved into a car accident and undergoing certain “changes” seems to be the only solution to her complicated situation. She didn’t count with extra abilities as a result of complicated operation. The first episode of season 1 was formerly released by NoTV but later nuked and propered by this release from STFU because of audio which was out of sync.
Struggling as a bartender and surrogate mom to her teenage sister, Jaime Sommers (Michelle Ryan, “EastEnders”) didn’t think life could get much harder. But when a devastating car accident leaves her at death’s door, Jaime’s only hope for survival is a cutting-edge, top-secret technology that comes at a hefty price. With a whole new existence and a debt to re-pay, Jaime must figure out how to use her extraordinary abilities for good — while weighing the personal sacrifices she will have to make. Ultimately, it’s Jaime’s journey of self-discovery and inner strength that will help her embrace her new life as the Bionic Woman in this new action-drama series.

Saw the scr, saw this release.
Seems that this series is looking for some kind of existance. Storyline is not very good. The name…. people will compare it to the original 70s series which had a better storyline and a better actress. Also the story of the original was tied to the spirit of the 70s.
Not sure if this series can succeed on the name alone. Probably not, although this is the US and they chose Bush as president so anything can happen……
every show nowadays gotta have the “gothic chick”.

I find it amazing how people judge on other peoples acting… I would like to see any critics try doing some acting…
I personally find judging acting stupid, as it depends on each and everybodys imagination how an actor/ess is doing. And I dont think they were that bad in the pilot.
I have to say I did think of the 70s show the bionic woman… watching this though is a completely different story. this story is much more convincing and is not supposed to be an action series like the 70s show was, but is trying to fade in with real life. There are several attempts by well known professors around the world to include biomechaniks with humans, and some successes have been reported.
I dont think this will be a bad series, it will be more drama then action thou.
Theres no gothic bitch anymore they replaced her with a normal chick. Think that was the only change they made to preair version.

i saw the screener of this and i thought the acting was a little shit the story line though is not bad.
Michelle Ryan is realy sexy, so i will keep watching for a couple of weeks and see if it gets better not like the (uk Eastenders)

Lost? haha, thats way past its sell by date. It should of finished at the end of series 1, an even series 1 wasn’t that great. No idea why it was so popular. Give me Prison Break any day
Just watched this and thought it had potential, but that might just be my love for katee sackhoff getting in the way.

Personally, I think Lost and Prison Break should have ended after their second season. The shows are not like 24 or Heroes where they can make a new bad guy on each season with a new plot. These shows are like a movie, it needs a beginning, build-up, climax, and finale. After the second season, you can tell the writers are really reaching.
Anyways, Bionic Woman seems alright. Every season seemed to have a really amazing show (Lost then Prison Break, then Heroes) until this one.

I’m a fan of Prison Break and am glad there is a 3rd series, but i doubt it’ll be as good as series 1 or 2, and i can’t see there being a 4th series, they are already pushing it with a 3rd. I mean, a fugitive gets put in a mexican prison and then gets threatened that his girlfriend and his brothers son will die if he doesn’t help some twat to escape… a bit far fetched, but still interested to see how it pans out

Weeds had the deaf girl and the same girl played a sister in Jericho. So maybe its not a original as they first thought.
The English actress recently appeared in Jekyll here in the UK and is off course hot. Tho not blond as seems to be the US pref for a hot chick. As usual the UK adds another actor playing an American character.

The show isn’t bad compared to the shite like Flash Gordon out there and is a good alternate for superhero stuff if you fancy watching a girl do cool stuff rather than Tom Welling.
Obviously superhero stuff is cool right now and the Six Million Dollar Man could only get a little finger for that money now and of course is tied up in a potential movie deal.
I would like to point out that racist sexist and homophobic insults and derogatory comments on this site were dealt with harshly but fairly recently….which for a week or two curbed people wasting their bored troll venom on others taste and for the links you post.

Seems like any escapism from NBC is seen as gay so hopefully someone will create some more reality shows to appease their frustrations at having to think for 45 min at a time all in one go.
