SAPHiRE released an interesting film with great ratings at IMDB. Although a limited film This is a recommend atleast for me. The genre is also a good one Crime / Drama / Thriller. So what you waitin for Go download !!!
Master filmmaker Sidney Lumet directs this absorbing suspense thriller about a family facing the worst enemy of all – itself. Oscar-winner Philip Seymour Hoffman plays Andy, an overextended broker who lures his younger brother, Hank (Ethan Hawke) into a larcenous scheme: the pair will rob a suburban mom-and-pop jewelry store that appears to be the quintessential easy target. The problem is, the store owners are Andy and Hank’s actual mom and pop and, when the seemingly perfect crime goes awry, the damage lands right at their doorstep. Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei plays Hoffman’s trophy wife, who is having a clandestine affair with Hawke, and the stellar cast also includes Albert Finney as the family patriarch who pursues justice at all costs, completely unaware that the culprits he is hunting are his own sons. @38, always read the .nfo. good rls groups put any watmarks/bw screens notes in there. in this case they have, and put:

Good rip of a DVDSCR. Only has a small blurred out area on top of frame, also audio DOES NOT go out of sync.
Pretty good film, too. Love how it pits brother against brother, son against father, father against son, wife against husband, husband against wife, drug dealer against junkie, junkie against drug dealer…

Once any government is to investigate, there is no safety.
I assume that rapidshare.com is a usa-based company. A company will do anything (comply with the authorities) to stay in business (look google, yahoo). As long as you do not use anomynous proxies, the onion router (tor), or something like that, you’re only ‘safety’ is the fact that so many of us do what we do. It is not so feasible to get us all. But some of us do get busted. I know a handful of people that have been busted due to dl’ing torrents etc. during the last two years (this is germany).
Find out who owns rapidshare.com, were the servers are located, if – and if so how – rapidshare has ratted out customers in the past. I don’t know about rapidshare, but I would also like to know some hard facts about what happened so far.
If someone (a normal user, just downloading for him-/herself) got busted, most of them don’t advertise that. These people are normally shocked and maybe somewhat ashamed too. So it is not easy (maybe impossible) to get true figures about busts.

I am so excited already, the movie will be down in probably less than one half hour, and I totally enjoy Seymour Hoffman … and Ethan Hawke, and Sidney Lumet as a director, and Marisa Tomei, and I am so totally excited! I already feel like laughing when only watching at this scene photography with Seymour and Hawke. Maybe it is the cannabinoids, too.

Regarding getting busted, afaik they have only picked on people who use p2p, as you are *uploading* content.
If you just download for yourself, it is, I’m sure, considered a minor offense and “small fish” compared to distributing. Going after downloaders won’t stop material being distributed. Going after p2p’ers will (i.e. scaring ppl enough to stop using it).
They’d be better off going after Rapidshare etc. like they went after YouTube, as that’s a distribution network. That’s just my op.

Rapidshare is headquartered in Germany, so it’d be a bit hard for US authorities to get your info from them, and probably not worth the effort. While any unencrypted traffic can be monitored, I just really doubt they have things set up to do this. Never heard of anyone getting busted for downloading from Rapidshare (obviously, uploading is a different case, but not sure about that either).
For all they know, when you’re downloading something you already own it and just don’t know how to back it up yourself (you’re technically allowed one backup copy). It still might be a violation of some kind in that case, but it’s not the kind of thing they’re gonna bother with.
Thought I got conned into watching a pr0n promo the first few seconds, then I noticed it was Hoffman and Tomei. Glad I didn’t delete!

Had no luck with the Adrive and yastorage today. The downloads kept dying on me (Cox ISP) after about 40 – 100 MB.
