I have Windows Vista SP1, and this version does NOT work!! The newest version works, but this sh|t does not ! A lot of people complained about this in other forums and torrents.

HELP

I got a new computer a couple of days ago. This is the frist time I use Windows Vista, but that shouldn’t be a problem with Fraps 2.9.2, right?
But here it goes: When I try to capture a video (I do this from Power DVD or the Windows Media Player to make fun hobby music videos and trailers) and watch what I recorded, the screen is black and the video captured is just the upper left corner and it’s even smaller than the original, even though I checked full screen.
I’m despaired right now, really, I don’t know what to do anymore! Could someone using Vista tell me what to do OR at least some software that works like Fraps in some way?

I cant use fraps!!!! (i have windows xp home edition).
When i try to film a movie or screenshot nothing happens i am exactly sure i am pressing the right key?
Any ideas on what to try next?

dont bother using it , it slows down your game too much and drop my fps to 40 when i press record instead of the usual 125fps
