there's only one release out — the HDTV-0TV one, which was nuked in some places because it's "oversized." that means it's not 350MB as usual, but more, that's why you see so many links. it's not a 720p version.

Is this both episodes, daybreak 2 and 3, or just part 2? In other words how long is the avi from this post?
Timing of the post (3:45 GMT) seems too early to be both as Wikipedia says 21:00 to 23:00 EST (02:00 to 04:00 GMT) airing. Can someone clarify for me please before I start downloading with my slow ass connection.

I was disappointed in the finale, story wise it was too predictable, which isn't a bad thing but it's been done before and quite frankly the 2nd and 3rd matrix film produced the same story but better, and the matrix isn't exactly great sci-fi… for the record, kavil killing himself was actually a good moment, just well written and acted… everything else, other than possibly the score (which can be heard throughout the latest season), was somewhat lackluster…

Why do people feel the need to tear down popular shows?
They didn't copy the Matrix. If you actually think about the series from beginning to end, they didn't. The end just happened to wrap up in a way that seemed similar.
Sure, they have the male and female counterparts that were influential behind the scenes, but the reasons that they were doing what they were doing are totally different from the 2 in the Matrix.
What I really was unclear on was, what was that other Earth they found before this new one? And why did it have a solar system almost exactly the same as ours?
Like the Matrix? Isn't Galactica in the "real world?" The "angels" are more like the "Q" from STNG. "jbondsr" you have a point about the two earths. Remember back in season 2 when they discovered the constellation map that led them to "Cylon earth", aren't they the same constellations seen from Gallactica earth? [Our earth?]
The Genetic "Eve" was able to populate the whole planet, so the DNA was compatible enough with the indiginous peoples [or more likely the indiginous peoples became extinct along with all other offsping not of Hera's line]

Half the journey is getting there. We had one hell of a ride
great final episode, the ending seemed out of place. i guess the japanese are going to build evil robots someday. blame the japs, so american. when is the spin-off show "Caprica" gonna start? i think it's going to be about the decadence of caprica. every advanced civilization ends with decadence, look at the romans from thousands of years ago or the greek or… the americans. anyway the final episode does have too many flashbacks. ronald moore at the end (the guy with the national geographic in his hand) looked a bit sad and it kinda took me out of the episode. hopefully they are gonna release the final seaason on blu ray. this show is one to own.
I feel that i should let regular uses of this site know that RLSLOG is curently suffering serious security problems at the moment and i advice anybody that comes here to stay away for the next few weeks until these problems are fixed.

9/10.Why it looses 1 point is,to abandon the technology after all they had been through is a betrayal of the 12 colonies and their journey of 100,000,000 light years,just for some clean slate thing.The universe is finite and to start all over again is absolutely insane,a little bit disappointed but at the same time very sad to say goodbye to the greatest t.v show of all time.
