EP 1.20 Hail The Tornado Tyrant

Red Tornado decides to create a “son,” but a villain’s attack transform his newborn into a villain calling itself the Tornado Tyrant! But before assisting the android hero, Batman must first team up with Green Arrow to battle the Joker and Catwoman.
