Baseball Mogul 2008-Unleashed

One more new game from Unleashed. Baseball Mogul 2008 will be probably most popular in the United States where’s baseball one of the most watched sports. There are not many baseball titles on the game market, or at least not many of these worth playing. I’m not sure if we can count Baseball Mogul 2008 between them, it’s definitely not for everyone, because you won’t be able to play baseball here, but you can manage your dream team here. The release comes with absolutely no protection, so you don’t have to worry about crack. Guys from Unleashed also included a nice cracktro.

Baseball Mogul 2008 features the best simulation experience yet, with up-to-date lineups, a roster of over 18,000 current and former players, complete financial management control, and the ability to sign, trade, and release players. In this year’s edition, players can watch the action on the diamond unfold like never before in Play-by-Play mode. As a general manager, enjoy the game from the luxury box and make the necessary power moves to keep your team in the pennant race. In manager mode, set up the proper defense to contain the opposition or instruct your batters to wait for a hitter’s pitch. In Player mode, brush the batter back with a high and tight splitter, or swing at a fastball and aim for the fences.

New features in the 2008 edition include:

  • Baseball Mogul Encyclopedia - Outputs over 30,000 interlinked HTML pages. Historical leaders tracked in over 70 stats by team and season; hitting, pitching and fielding stats at every level; annual financial records; everything you need to analyze and enjoy your baseball universe.
  • Database Engine - Records every stat for every player, even after they’re dead. Also automatically loads every historical player so you can easily compare your promising rookies to the best players of all time.
  • User Interface - Improves the visual appeal of each screen while also putting more stats at your fingertips. The new ‘Status Bar’ lets you know about top stories without interrupting your game, and keeps key info at your fingertips. Plus improved support for customized logos and skins.
  • Financial Model - Automatically adjusts revenue levels and salaries to the correct level for each era, from 1901 to 2007, and beyond.
  • Player Development Engine - We examined the career paths of thousands of real players to create more realistic aging and scouting algorithms. Draft day is now more unpredictable — but we’ve also added the ability to adjust these settings as you see fit.
  • Physics-Based Simulation - We’ve combined over 30 years experience writing statistical simulations and arcade-style baseball games to bring you the most realistic baseball experience possible. Now you can follow the path of the ball on screen, with the correct underlying physics. From the effects of weather and friction to the correct spin on each pitch, Baseball Mogul continues to give you the most realistic results possible, backed by a real-world physics model.
  • “Save Anytime” Feature – Now you can save and resume right in the middle of “Play By Play Mode”.
  • Ticker Tape – Shows updated standings and leaders, even in the middle of each at-bat.
  • Expanded Scouting Report – More room for more stats like OPS, GDP, Intentional Walks, Ground Ball Percent, and DICE.

Baseball is a game of numbers. Moreso than any other sport. that’s why it is suited for a game like this. Personally I find footsoccerball boring as all hell, but I don’t mind that other people enjoy it. Hockey is my favorite. The PC just doesn’t really have any sports titles worth anything anymore. EA just ports the previous years consoles to PC.

I downloaded this torrent and when I try to play the game this window comes up and says that Windows cannot find the appropriate program to run the file. Does anybody know what I’m supposed to do?
