The NewsTorrents link contains a virus, picked up by avast in the crack… Try using Universal Extracter and try and extract the crack… might be a little surprize…

All these things all count regular network traffic the same as internet traffic. Short of running IPCop or smoothwall, there doesn’t seem to be a way to see actual bandwidth usage (if you use a single modem/router)

I dunno about DU Meter, but you shud definitely take a look at NetMeter. only 600kb, its free and it works great.
