WOW, was not expecting this at all. An R3 version of the muchly anticipated movie Babylon AD, video and sound quality are excellent download the sample and have a look for yourself! ENJOY! (I know this isnt a scene release but since its a major release i thought i would post it because our readers would want to see it asap)

It is the not-too-distant future, a hardened mercenary known only as Toorop lives by a simple survivor’s code: kill…or be killed. His latest assignment has him smuggling a young woman named Aurora from a convent in Kazakhstan to New York City. Toorop, his new young charge Aurora and Aurora’s guardian Sister Rebeka embark on a 6,000 mile journey. Facing obstacles at every turn, Toorop, the killer for hire, is tested like never before, in ways he could never have imagined – as he comes to understand that he is the custodian of the only hope for the future of mankind.

    I had seen this movie in theaters and we only saw it because nothing else was playing. Its an alright movie at best, the only cool things it has in it is the futuristic things (like this map they have).

    SO basically the high points of this movie are him looking at a map, yep, that about sums it up.

    Sweeney, trust me when I say that The Strangers is not going to live up to even your lowest expectations.     Okay, so I just went thru 174 comments and I still don’t know if there are subs included for the parts that are spoken in English. This is the reason the Alliance release got nuked so it might come in handy knowing if this release is okay or not!

    READ the damn comments ppl, THIS release has NO subs for the non english parts of the movie… However you DO NOT need subs because its non sense talk, russian speaking parts of the movie are just to fill the time and got no meaning. Enjoy this fine release, great video and audio is in sync thru out the whole movie.

    @180 You dont, basically the one part of the movie where they speak lots of russian is in “his” room where the guy keep saying Get Up, get up…of course in Russian and the rest is non sense, except for the part that says the name of the guy that sent him.

    A whopping 71 minutes has been cut from the original version of this movie to get it down to a PG13 rating.

    It might be a lot better when the uncut version comes out. Less plot holes perhaps.

    For anyone who does not know. Any retail DVD other than the “Russian R5″ is a proper retail. Russia is the only place in the world where the studios release these inferior quality DVDs with poor video and Russian audio only. These are released prior to any other DVD release in the world to combat with russian piracy. Other R5 DVDs which are not for or from Russia are just as good as an R1, R3 or R2 and are released much later.

    Just watched this release and audio and video are perfectly fine and in sync – and as other posters have mentioned, you don’t need subs for any of the Russian language (trust me, I can understand Russian and you honestly aren’t missing anything)
