Awake DVDRip XviD-DiAMOND

Well, you probably know what to expect from this rls, its DiAMOND after all. This is the second film with Hayden Christensen in it today (That dosen’t mean I’ll forgive you for Star Wars) after the Jumper fiasco. Group Waaa have been scene banned btw along with Hookah after their first rls for stealing a p2p homemade ({DR-HO}JUMPER-CAM TOPHOS-.wmv). Watching this rls after a few DVDRips today already makes my eyes heal again. Pure gold for a DVDRip. Enjoy!

Quality: As Stated perfect. 982 kb/s video bitrate and 150 kb/s audio bitrate. What more can one ask for? (Who said HD?)

    @seethis… please post a picture of your girlfriend, and I argue that it would not be considered ‘off-topic’. :) Jessica Alba isn’t my cup of tea, but she’s better looking than me! :D

    February 15th, 2008 | 23:43

    @23

    Rapidshare may be able to push faster speeds, but for simplicity’s sake, I’d prefer to stick with a single link or an DCC transfer over IRC (which is really the best way to get the movies first).

    I am on a mac, and thus am unable to get a rapidshare download manager.. and don’t want to be forced into paying for a single use premium account, or for a year’s worth (which is far too expensive for my taste).

    I’d much rather take slower speeds over paying for a 100kb/s difference, ya know?

  27. josh
    February 15th, 2008 | 23:43

    how do you do the rapidshare thing? isnt it much easier just to get the whole file without having it in parts? i dont see how this works.

    tito or vito
    can you please provide some links to direct source?
    i dont care how fast it is i just need a direct link. thanks!

  28. Yvonne
    February 15th, 2008 | 23:45

    @devin

    Sorry that you feel that way, but in this day and age, time is money. And the speed difference is closer to a 400K difference using Rapidshare. So while you’re still downloading, I’ll be watching the movie.

  31. Vaughn
    February 15th, 2008 | 23:54

    well i have to say this… if you have the proper ad blocking app installed than you’ll never see any of those flashing banners or ads. Firefox with ad block plus is the way to go.
    and the free uploading sites are the best. 15mins to get a video for free in my opinion is nothing to complain over.

    @ 29 & 30

    With a RS Premium account ($10 a month), you can download up to 10 files simultaneously.
    With a download manager, you copy/paste the entire list of links once, and the rest is automatic. If there are more than 10 links, the rest will be queued to begin as soon as others are complete.
    Using this method, I downloaded all 7 RS links in post # 12 (at the same time) in about 10 minutes.

    Pretty quick, eh?

  68. OrthodoxAthiest
    February 16th, 2008 | 00:29

    @66… jeez, you don’t factor in the value of your time because you don’t sit and watch the kilobytes collect. We’re all doing a dozen things at any one time… and not hanging on that last kilobyte to finish to watch a movie. So… you set it downloading… it takes either 10 minutes or 25 minutes depending on whether you have a premium RS account or using adrive for example, and then after an hour when you’re done working/with other projects, you look in your folder and voila… the file you were downloading is there. :) It doesn’t matter if the method we use takes twice as long as Rapidshare, or even 5 times as long… as long as we aren’t technically ‘waiting’ for it. Generally, if I can download it in under 3 hours, that is fine. I have lots of work to do on here… and I don’t have a mummy giving me a curfu! :P

    @OrthodoxAthiest

    But look above at comment from “nocturnaldemon” where he says he needs links because he wants to watch something now.

    So with one method he waits 10 minutes, and slower method he waits 25 mintues. More than twice as much time waiting.

  74. OrthodoxAthiest
    February 16th, 2008 | 00:39

    @76.. I agree that if you are a particularly impatient person, then you should put your hand in your pocket and pay for the quickest file access/transmission possible.

    If you already have 50 movies at home you haven’t had time to watch and are looking to download #51… then there is no hurry. If I’m the only one in that category, then I’m flabbergasted, and will starting living ‘on the run’ from the MPAA! lol :D

    That said… using badly-seeded torrents which risk sitting at 98% complete for a week, is just not my idea of fun to check every 6/12 hours and get frustrated… so I like links… but adrive and yastorage have been more than perfect speed-wise for me. :D

    Everything comes to those who wait… and don’t pay. :D

    Right now on quakenet (and it’s only quakenet, and if you wouldn’t know, cause your opinion on irc is a little suspicious - there’s hundreds of irc servers around) there’s 135000+ people, well - looks for me like someone just starts picking at everything else cause of lack of arguments why his method is the best one?
    Just as @74 said - no one really WAITS for the movie to dl (well, there’s always SOMEONE), and it looks like you’re the ’someone’. I can understand it when you really don’t have time, and you HAVE, just HAVE to dl it right now in less than 10 minutes - sure, it’s reasonable. But when i’m not pushed by some ‘greater force’ i don’t really give a hsit if it dl’s in 10 or 3 hours, i’ll just do what i would do after watching the movie and THEN watch it - simple as that.
