I would just like to take a moment to share some information I have gathered. From my research, Paramount Pictures have never released an ‘R5′ of any of their productions. Please do correct me if I have missed something.

A little bit about R5’s… what we know as an ‘R5′ tagged release from the scene is a studio-produced unmastered telecine, put out quickly and cheaply to compete against telecine piracy in Russia. Mostly they are released with Russian audio only, so scene groups have to source direct English audio. Not all studios are on board for this and so do not release them, Paramount is one of them. DVD region 5 actually covers a lot of countrys and not just Russia, see here. I will be refering to ‘R5′ as the studio-produced telecines put out in Russia and not the retail region 5 DVD releases.
Please take the time to look through Paramount’s list of productions and you will see that none of the productions have had an ‘R5′ released before the retail release, See list here.
The list includes ‘Indiana Jones 4‘, ‘The Love Guru‘, ‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging‘. Also, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk may very well fall under this too as Paramount are distributors for them, however Marvel would have the most leverage over releasing R5’s for their movies and I don’t think any of their previous productions have had any R5’s releases. There is no Russian distributor listed for Iron Man although Universal is listed for The Incredible Hulk.
Whenever you see ‘estimated’ R5 dates, they are just that… guesses, please try not to take them literally.
This is just my opinion based on my research, so, you *may* still see an R5 of the before mentioned movies, but its doubtful in my opinion.
Edit: As pointed out in the comments, rightly so, Disney also does not release R5’s.
