Uhhhh, I am sorry guys for posting this with a delay, but it somehow just went by me =/ Thanks a big lot to user Alius who sent me a PM to write about this release This band is one of my favorites so I was really excited when i saw that theres a p2p release of this out, knowing scene rls will come soon and here it is. This release hit us some days ago pre’d by an elite group So, if you like Melo Death, definitely check out their old Album: “Pitch Black Progress”; it contains some killer songs like The Illusionist, Dreaming 24/7, The Kaleidoscopic God. Don’t forget to buy their stuff, I also did!

In June 2006, it was announced that the band had signed a new recording deal with Nuclear Blast records. Eight months after the release of Symmetric In Design the band found themselves back in the studio to record their follow-up, Pitch Black Progress. The band again followed up their recording by touring, this time with Communic for the Waves of Pitch Black Decay Tour 2006 throughout Europe and toured North America with melodic death metal pioneers Dark Tranquillity, and The Haunted. They also performed at more European festivals. The song, “The Illusionist” began receiving air-play on MTV2’s Headbangers Ball.

In September of 2007, the band embarked on another North American tour with headliners Katatonia as well as Insomnium and Swallow the Sun.

w00t. Finally one of my fav. DM Bands released their new Album. “XXV” was specially recorded for VADER’s 25th anniversary and features re-recorded songs from the band’s history. Now go out there and buy it!

Vader is a death metal band from Olsztyn, Poland founded in 1986. They stand as one of the best-known European death metal bands utilizing a style of death metal different from that of their American counterparts. For example, many bands of this genre tend to play guitar solos and lead parts which do not adhere strictly to traditional musical principles (such as being in key) and make extensive use of tremolo bar, creating a rather dissonant sound. Vader, on the other hand, whilst often playing in this style, occasionally diverge and play diminished, augmented, and minor scale solos. The band is also different in that vocalist Piotr Wiwczarek’s vocals do not follow the standard sound widely considered acceptable for death metal. While his vocal delivery remains extreme, it is a much throatier approach, giving him the ability to enunciate words more clearly than most death metal vocalists.
