Assassins Creed REPACK-RELOADED

Some short news – RELOADED also pre’d their Repack, it contains a crack, hooray!. Check the PROCYON post for more info or our original post for game description.

1. Unrar.
2. Burn the image.
3. Install the game.
4. Copy the cracked executable over from the Crack directory on the DVD to
your installation directory.
5. Play the game.
6. Have Fun :P

    The torrent thats full of trojans is the one with only the iso and nfo. “Assissins.Creed.REPACK-RELOADED” with 2 files is a fake. Wasted my morning downloading it.

    So by this logic then the megaupload release posted above is fine because it is the 71 file (torrent -> megaupload) and the 71 file torrent we know is ok?

    and doesn’t it make sense then that reloaded has always rar’ed their releases….so a 2 file torrent should be fake?

    I think for most of us, knowing which torrent is fake doesn’t help….are the rapidshare’s and the megaupload’s clean too?

    I think reloaded crack isn’t 100% OK….i think waiting for vitality will fix ur problem…anyone can correct me if I’m wrong.

    everything works fine, i didnt have one crash till i got to jerusalum but i dont think that was the game, my processor was at like 50 degrees and i was playing it for atleast 4 hours, so 1 in 4 hours aint bad atall.
    i did the rest of jerusalum with no crashes so this game in my mind is 99% perfect

    What’s the big deal about viruses..are you to stupid to clean them..does the game work past the Jerusalem part everyone said was messed up on the last RELOADED version? All the virius reports are probably from UBISOFT lol..if the games any good they won’t go broke lol

    Is there a trick to getting the cracks to work? I copied them over the .exe files in my installation directory but the game wont load. Two boxes opens (first an autopatch box, then a black box that looks kinda like a DOS prompt) and then close very fast, but the game never loads.

    If I don’t copy the cracks over, I get an “insert the CD” prompt.

    Any help and suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

    i got a fiew nvidia crashs too, running on windows vista, now i’m playing on xp without any problem, its running perfect. seems that the problem isn’t in the game but in vista as usual :\

    Is it just me? I can get the game to load and play fine, but there seems to be no voices in the game. I have no idea what’s going on when you’re sitting on the table talking to the scientist guy, or what the other assassin guys are saying to you in the game.

    Download the smaller one, it comes compressed, (Assassins.Creed.REPACK-RELOADED #2), ’cause some users have said that the other one has trojans that make your anti-virus go nuts when you mount the image.

    (I had 25% of that downloaded and I switched to number 2, now I am at 25% of the second)

    Since the original file names ( rld-acrr.r**) will be soon blacklisted on RS and the files with those names will be deleted,I renamed all of the files to prevent such thing!You can extract the iso image with the current file names,but you can’t check the files with the checksum inside the sfv file.To do this,you have to raname all of the files to their original names.To do this:

    1.Copy all the files to a dir.
    2.Open notepad and type this: rename ACTHEAST.* rld-acrr.*
    3.Save the the file as txt in the same dir as you copied the files.
    4.Change the extension of the txt file to .bat.
    5.Run the bat file and it will rename all of your files to the original name!
    6.Now you can check the files with sfv checksum!:)

    Downloaded this rls from a private tracker. Got my doubts when the torrent from TBP was pre-unpacked.

    But if you are really paranoid…Just wait for a few days because the ‘Retail version’ got released today so some group will come forward and release a proper for us….

    Just use Daemon tools pro, create a IDE drive, delete the scsi one, mount image, install and play. No need for no-dvd cracks.

    Just finished getting the rars off #107s post and unrared to the image. Installed, copied cracks, but when I went to run, it kept erroring out. Using Windows Vista with AMD 64×2 3800+ 2.0 GHz and just 1 gig of ram. GeForce 7600 GT and all that good stuff. It did the quick summary of my system specs after the install, and it only said the ram was under the minimum requirements. Not sure what else to do. :-\

    Wow, I feel like an idiot. I ran the DXSetup.exe on this disk (Not sure if it did anything, I clicked install, went to the bathroom and it was finished by the time I came back). Just restarted and tried it one more time and it went.

    Just installed the game from the 6.38gb packed version.
    /Confirmed, this is the real deal. No viruses or anything. If you download a version which contains a virus, tell us WHICH one you downloaded, don’t burst out: “FAKE, DON’T DOWNLOAD”, scaring people from downloading the proper game.

    I have this it does work it is comfirmed, you can enter jeruselem with no problem, there is also improved graphics- level of detail is not out of 4 not 3.

    Oh yes by the way, you will not beable to use your old save games as it treats save games differently, but you can rename them or something like that.

    Could everyone please just stop saying “it’s a virus!!” when in reality the release is fine, just your source that is crap?

    @Deslert: I can also confirm it works fine where it crashed before. The saves can be renamed as I said before. Then they work just fine. Feels like it might be a bit more optimized performance wise too but that might also just be newer drivers or my imagination. :) Was pretty smooth maxed out before too.

    Here is the deal…If you downloaded the torrent with 2 files, the iso and nfo I believe is virused…DO NOT RUN….

    The torrent with 67 files .r00-.rar, then that is same…the extracted contents of the rar ARE 6.42 gb…HOWEVER, the compressed rar’s total 6.38 gb (this is where the number comes from).

    THANK YOU for posting a md5 of a working copy…check your rapidshare’s and megauploads to this md5 to make sure you have a valid release and not a re’rar’ed (virused iso) by the uploader.

    This torrent screwed my pc over big time!!!
    i couldnt even enter taskmanager.(ctrl-alt-del)
    Gave me a fake pop up of some kind of alert nod32 went beserk on it.
    Ad-aware the samethint tried to get it away for about 4 hrs.
    And finaly did a complete recover on c:

    so i dont advise you guys to install this crap!

    It is difficult to see how the rapidshare files on page 1 could be infected since I have run them against a par2 and an sfv from a usenet posting which is certainly clean. If I had to guess I would say that some lamer tried to get back at the anti-rapidshare lamer from last week who demanded torrents and raved against rapidshare links who when he got larfed at complained about pirated code being on rapidshare and closed the links down.

    Some other lamer has gone for revenge by posting an infected torrent. This is always the danger when the angst about a release reaches hysteria.

    Look at the previous pages and you’ll see that most of the postings sound as if they came from 12 year old schoolgirls wetting their pants over the latest boyband release. Disgusting and embarassing really especially when you consider most prolly wont play the game, they just ‘wanted’ it.

    As someone pointed out earlier Ubisoft stooges prolly added to the shrieking and frankly I’m not surprised. Even if there was a virus on one of the torrent releases why all the hysteria? Run a scanner over the thing first clean it up or delete it and move on, no need for schoolgirl shrieking.

    As many people allready told in the previous posts; the 6,42 Gb version (2 files) indeed contains viruses. It’s gonna cost me another day to dl. the 6,38 Gb version.
    Unfortunately I’m running Norton 360 (or am I lucky?), somehow I cannot trace back which viruses it removed (as it popped up during mounting the drive).

    I’m going to use the ‘how to remove’ strategy (spybot, save mode etc.) tactic just to be sure that nothing’s left.

    *sigh*
    I feel sooooo dumb. Never trusted the fake rapidlinks, megashare whatever dl’s. I feel like a wounded prey. Someone please cheer me up and tell me how happy he is NOT to have fallen for the same crappy trap.

    SUGGESTION: Fill at least one page at rlslog with posts about the 6.38GB working version, so nobody else is going to feel as stupid as me.

    *sigh* Writing all the above gives me at least some relief…
