Should I replace this with the version of QuickTime I got with my iTunes?
atleast its great for making/cropping 3gp ringtones from regular mp3s
so is that a yes? lol
#1 you clould jet reg your itunes version with the key in the nfo. then you’d have PRO aswell
This app sucks, just like Realmedia player and all that crap. Just use WMP or WinAmp.
Come On, forget it, use Quicktime Alternative
@Saulo:
Quicktime Alternative isn’t around anymore…
Look at codecguide.com yourself
Also, QT Alternative wont work with some new QT movie formats…
This app is a piece of crap but sometimes it’s necessary.
@bballer: WMP sucks worse than QuickTime & Real put together… (and Real sucks REAL bad!).
quicktime pro has a better scrub function than VLC, has a more stable interface than most, adds some excellent movie editing functions…
AND
serves very well to convert a movie from one format to another. open an AVI and “save as” into lots of alt. formats.
oh, and the 3D files are pretty cool also. pretty easy to make as well.
no seeds. :S
you don’t need craptime to play HD trailers or any .mov file.
all you need is ffdshow/coreAVC and media player classic (or any other directshow player) or mplayer for the linux crowd.
keep those proprietary junk off your systems.
@Anon, I have all of those Media players (except the linux based on you mentioned) and even still I can’t play Quicktime trailers over the web browser, so therefore some people MIGHT want to install this
how do u install this program on windows?
PLZ HELP!!!
To install the prog you first need to extract all the .00x files using a zip prog and then extract those files using a rar prog. Simply open the QuickTimeInstaller.001 file and you should see QuickTimeInstaller.exe inside. From there I guess you can manage the rest =P
@Crishan
oh my god, it’s true, thanks for the info!
Like I said, sometimes it’s necessary.
cheers shallisar
