I am guessing is the area you live in or service provider you are using doesn't have many antennas up in your area. The battery time compared to other phones, is quite low, but also take into consideration that it is used as a ipod and a mini computer just for web browsing. I personally charge my phone every night. It is not too hard to do. The camera does not take crappy pics. Most other phones out there do take "crappy pics". The screen gives it a great crisp look. Youtube videos look awesome in my phone other than on my high definition monitor connected to my computer. The phone is practical for everday e-mails, and web browsing. The phone functionality is great. I never got a dropped call, only when I had a Nextel phone and on a nextel service.
