Antichrist 2009 DVDSCR XviD-WBZ

P2P guy/group came up with DVDSCR copy of this interesting movie “Antichrist”. Personally I’ve never heard of it before, but according to IMDB score seems to be worth watching. Quality of release is “so-so”, because there is a timer and it’s not cropped properly (black bars are visible). Take it or leave it. Or wait for proper version.

Plot: Only two actors, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Willem Defoe, inhabit the space of this supernatural thriller directed by Lars Von Trier. The stars play a couple who attempt to grieve for their dead child by living in seclusion in the middle of a forest. But their story does not end there: in the forest, they encounter pure evil in Satan. With Von Trier at the helm, ANTICHRIST promises to be a challenging, intelligent film that doesn’t adhere to the conventions of cinema or religion.

    I downloaded this earlier and the second CD is out of sync. There are a few copies floating about in the normal places with correctly synced audio, so be a bit selective when downloading. There is also a one CD version over on IPTorrents.

    The sync problems can be adjusted by using the free VLC media player.

    That said, it can be pretty difficult if the timing is off by more than a few seconds. Does anyone know the exact time lag to enter into the settings?

    Are all the releases the same source? Is one of them censored, or are they just fixes? I got the one with the black bars (from #55)… it not worth re-downloading if its the same content.

    Also, for CD2, if you want to sync the audio with your media player just use a delay of -3900ms.

    Cheers taley (post 101). Just downloaded from his links and after scanning through disc 2, I can confirm that it's in sync.

    So if you're planning to download from Rapidshare links, you may as well use his links unless you really want to do the extra work of applying the sync-fix yourself.

    Just wow. One of the best movies I've seen. Awesomely done. Only simpletons won't understand how great this artwork is. Those who think that this movie is boring should better not comment and instead watch a dumb-ass 'Stevan Seagal' flick.
