Anamorph LIMITED DVDRip XviD-BeStDivX

We informed about a scary thriller Anamorph a while ago when it was released as an R5 rip from the Russian video source, but this fairly unknown movie is now available in the dvdrip too, thanks to group BestDivX. The main role is played by Willem Dafoe (Spiderman 3) and there are also other familiar faces. This rip includes Spanish subtitles apart from standard 1 CD quality. There are some problems with the image though, as it was nuked for being field shifted (blurred in fast scenes, proof).

A psychological thriller based on the concept of anamorphosis, a painting technique that manipulates the laws of perspective to create two competing images on a single canvas. ”The dictionary defines anamorphis as a drawing presenting a distorted image that appears in natural form under certain conditions, as when viewed at a raking angle or reflected from a curved mirror … you will define it as TERROR!”

    i thought this was a fairly well done movie myself, i’m partial to Willem Dafoe…

    Seven? I see no comparison myself, this was much more low key and suspenseful, plus the art was great, 7 being more of an overdone hollywood blockbuster type

    check it out - although if you have the r5, don’t bother with this one, as the r5 was good enough quality wise, and the movie doesn’t improve with a better quality DVDRip

    I enjoyed it. Wasn’t the best thriller or mystery I’ve ever seen, but I don’t regret watching it. Although the last scene was a little… wtf?
