Anamorph 2007 R5 XviD-DOMiNO

This film actually looks really interesting. It stars Willem Dafoe who in my opinion is one of the most interesting actors coming out of Hollywood. He has done some stellar performances in projects such as “Mississippi Burning” and “The Boondock Saints”, however most of you will probably recognize him as the Green Goblin from the Spiderman live action movie. Peter Stormare is a Swedish face you are very likely to recognize from other major motion pictures. An 8.2 IMDB rating really makes this title stick out, even if its only received 113 votes so far. The plot also seems rather unusual and interesting, so be sure to read about that below.

Quality: The image quality of this R5 looks very good. Naturally not as finely touched up as a region 1 release, but that is to be expected. Audio is good, not great. A release definitely worth the download. HF.

Also I tried to supply the High Resolution poster art as I always do with my release posts, but I just couldn’t find one on my usual sources in time for the posting. If anyone found one just post a link to it in the comments and I’ll add it.

A psychological thriller based on the concept of anamorphosis, a painting technique that manipulates the laws of perspective to create two competing images on a single canvas. ”The dictionary defines anamorphis as a drawing presenting a distorted image that appears in natural form under certain conditions, as when viewed at a raking angle or reflected from a curved mirror … you will define it as TERROR!”

I’ve grabbed the DEViSE, I think it was released first. DOMiNO have higher bitrate 800 vs. 750, but the DEViSE has better audio. Haven’t checked any other release of this if there’s any. Cheers…

@23 Sounds like you are still stuck with the good ol´torrents. Heard of DL (Direct links?) They are the little red links posted a lot here on RLSlog. I thought I´d try it, so I bought a Rapidshare account and now I won´t go back to torrents. The speeds you get compared to public trackers are just ridiculous…:p You should try it! :D

Thnx for the heads up guys! I´ma wait for the Propah! Hate bad AR..:(

Some one-click downloads would be nice (eg. filedropper, yastorage, adrive, etc.) since I am getting 2kbps on the torrent. Doesn’t anyone seed/share anymore. I get the impression 90% of people set their upload to between 1 and 5% of their bandwidth. A**H***S! :(

the 2nd link goes here http://bangintheoldones.freeweb7.com/RsStuff/download.php?link=http://rapidshare.com/files/110103255/domino-anamorph.part2.rar

which asks you to login to RS again its a fake to collect logins! if you remove the http://bangintheoldones.freeweb7.com/RsStuff/download.php?link= It works fine just careful people!

    April 25th, 2008 | 01:04

    @46 + @25:
The ugly reality is probably the ISP/ISP of the site or your site choice.
I have said this before, but I regularly seed (1/4mb), and get downloads of 15-25,000Kbps
    Yea, 25k kbps/s
With µtorrent (probably don’t even have the symbol on your keyboard :p )
Well, we can’t all have nice Euro-IP’s that give us 35Mb (theoretically up to 100, but I’ve never seen it top 40Mb)
That’s 40,000kbps for those that are still confused.

So, it’s NOT the ‘Torrent’ file sharing structure.
    It’s your situation dudes!

Sorry 4 ya (I don’t pay for RS and probably get WAY better DL speed than you)

@50 - Yeah, but its not a matter of money, it´s a matter of speed. I´d rather get to watch the movie 30 min after I press the DL link, rather than wait for anywhere between 1 hour to 3 days. I hate that crap.. RS links rulez and for 8 Euros pr. month, it´s a bargain!

I posted some comments on IMDB - I think it was a fairly generic movie, though it had some very interesting visuals and an interesting way of showing the flashbacks. But don´t expect something as good as “Seven” or anything.

Wants to be another “Se7en”, but this movie just isn’t. It’s artsy fartsy. Can anybody explain the end to me? Guess not. Sgt. Elias ;-) is such a fine actor, why does he have to play in screenplay wrecks like this one? :-(
