Well, if you want to burn this to blu-ray disc and play it on a system (PS3) you can do the following, it only take around couple of mins, and there’s no downsampling because you’re really not transcoding the video.

@Gord:
You can’t just extract the file and burn it and have it play on your Blu-Ray player. You need to convert it first. There are guides on how to do that.
Alternatively, you could download some BD5 releases by Chakra, and run the EXE that comes with them.
You should have gotten a popcorn hour player my friend .

I know I am a total noob with this question but I need help.
I just bout a 50″ 720p hdtv and BDP1500 blu-ray player.
I see allot of 720p hd rips here.
I’ve looked all around the net for a guide on this but cannot find one.
Do I download this file and have to convert it to a different type of file to burn it to a dvd-r or just unpack it like a “rar” file and convert it or what. I really would like some help on this. If someone could point out a good guide on the web for me, I would be greatly appreciative…again..sorry for the noob question and thanks.
