“America: The Story of Us” is a six-part, 12-hour documentary miniseries aired on HISTORY channel recently, don’t know why scene didn’t cap this, so this is a P2P source. Anyway, the series aims to show over 400 years of American history spanning from the successful English settlement of Jamestown on May 14, 1607, through to the present day. The documentary recreates many historical events by using actors, dressed in the style of the period, and by the use of computer generated special effects.

    This piece of uninformative mess can’t get the dates or timelines correct I hope people in schools are bright enough to see through a thinly veiled attemt at racism.
    The Boston Tea Party was a revolt against the stamp tax, not the tea tax, and it was repeald.a
    These mistakes by accident or on purpose, are far less important than the ommisiom of the Spanish American war, the war of “1812″ and world war 1. I wonder how the still living Korean war veterans feel about being forgotten.
    I hope history will forgive them.
