The only difference that i can see so far between this one and the 11MB version is approx 1GB 260MB worth of paintings & drawing videos. (which are excellent by the way )

According to http://mac-free.com/download/ArtRage.html , ArtRage is a free program for mac. Or maybe it’s only a demo with a few tools, not all tools available? And the same for windows version? a free version and a shareware version?

this program is actually worth the download-u can load photos with ease and do whatever u want to them-it’s not photoshop-but it’s not meant to be, it’s an ART program meant for people who want to draw and paint-and for free so if ya like to draw hey it’s worth a try!
