We have a proper for Prevail’s TS of Alvin And The Chipmunks (here). Overall the quality is much better then Prevail. This is iLG’s first release ever so I must welcome them and hopefully they will be another group that will provide us with good Telesyncs in the future.

Plot: Based on the 1980s cartoon series about a music group of chipmunks comprised of mischievous group leader Alvin; tall and quiet Simon; and chubby, impressionable Theodore.

    You know, Mr X could learn a lot from the likes of Blake. Look how this article has been presented. NO personal “opinion” just the facts about the release. Relevent information and though no link to a torrent at least he is considerate enough to not pass it off as a torrent link.

    THE DPK R5 RELEASE WAS *fake* – 15 MINS LOOPED OVER AND OVER. Sorry to yell, but please stop asking for an R5 remix with this audio, there is no R5 yet!!!!!

    That being said, I;m gonna download the video. If it looks as good as the samples, it’s watchable enuff for the kids.

    Jason Lee should be ashamed of himself for agreeing to do this film. How the heck do you go from world class pro skateboarder to doing a alvin and the chipmunks movie that is about nothing more than product placement for the fakemas holiday shopping season. And I see by another comment he is also a scientologist now too. What a loser, quite the downhill slide from his glory days in the skateparks.

    Do you think he actually wanted to do films like Underdog and this? NO, but since he just became a dad he wanted to have some films on his list that his kids could enjoy, rather than ones like Mallrats or any Jay and Silent Bob film and anyone who has seen it knows that My Name Is Earl is not a kids film.

    He is just doing it for his kids, SO WHAT?

    Plus, this film already is a huge profit so nothing you guys say can hurt it

    first the r5 that is in French should be reposted with a big warning over it saying fake and only 14.5 min of the movie looping. second this by far is the best rip that will be out there for awhile so please guys no more boring comments about the staff they do a favor, and besides that where else are you gonna get nfo, pics and or sample links that look as good as you find here..not that I don’t do my fair share of complaining, but complain about the people who have the nerve to upload the crap to rlslog to preview.. have a g-r-e-a-t day…

    This wasn’t actually too bad, the picture was viewable although it sometimes panned off of the screen but went back to it pretty quickly. I’m guessing the audio was from an FM source because it kept going fuzzy. I did watch it all, and did get the plot and whatnot, so it’s understandable.

    O.k. I’ve dl both TeamQct’s & iLG’s and the results are:
    TeamQct’s- better picture but sound is hollow
    iLG’s- better sound(although some hissing @ times)
    Both are watchable for those that watch cams.. if you’re watching on small screen I suggest iLG’s.. if you’re converting to dvd and watching on bigger screens I suggest Qct’s!

    the genuine R5 release is not due until the end of Jan, so i would not expect an english audio release until sometime in the first week of Feb
