Alone In The Dark II DVDSCR XviD-UNDEAD

What have we here? UNDEAD decided to wake up from their wild summer and pre’d this VERY nice DVDSCR of a movie that won’t hit the big screen until next year so you’re getting it way ahead of schedule and then some. The first film in this series didn’t fare too well with people (in the bottom #100 on IMDB and low score on RT), so hopefully they took all the criticism in and have done the job properly this time. Image quality from what I’ve seen is very good, audio isn’t feeling left out either so by all means grab this one if you’re fan of the genre.

Plot:
“Alone in the Dark 2″ tells the story of Edward Carnby, who joins forces with a team of witch hunters to track down the dangerous witch Elisabeth Dexter.

    While Max Fightmaster may be the very manliest of men, I don’t know if he is up for this challenge. A follow-up to a travesty of a game to film adaptation (aren’t they all?), this one will probably be no better. The plot was just copied and pasted from IMDB, I don’t blame rlslog too much for that. Remember not to believe everything you read online kiddies. I have very low expectations for this movie. game to movies rarely if ever work, and sequels to crappy movies have a lower success rate than an ice cube salesman in the arctic.

    Have anyone seen this film yet? I love the game, but i really hate Uwe Boll for that terrible movie, whitch he made. I’m glad that the director is somebody else. Can anybody say how good this film is? i dont want to do the same mistake – to watch such a terrible movie – as i did for the first time ;-)

    Of course Uwe Boll is involved. He is the producer.
    And for the guys who don’t understand irony. The description is purposely not being truthful.

    The fact that Uwe Boll is involved doesn’t mean that this movie will suck although there is a big chance it will. Another movie “They Wait” was also poduced by Uwe Boll and that was a great horror movie. Mind you he only put in money so he wasn’t involved in the actual filming and stuff.

    Uwe is so misunderstood, we must try and feel his pain. To make films at his level, and constantly be in demand to make even more of his special type of product, tells us a lot about Hollywood.     Oh boy – I can’t believe it… someone has managed to make an Alone In The Dark sequel that makes Uwe Boll’s film look good by comparison!! I’ll never get that hour and a half of my life back again.

    I know Lance Henriksen has worked on some less-than-A-Grade movies in the past, but surely he must’ve known how bad this one was likely to turn out?!
