I have a very important question to everyone. I've searched for a way to post this comment in this forum was the only place i could find. How ever Comcast "cable company' which is my cable company in Illnois, Has shut down my internet due to downloading pirated torrent movies. A Customer service tech even explained to me which movies were on my desktop and which programs i used to dl those torrents with. How is that possible, and is that legal?.. My question basicly is... Is this legal and are they aloud to view my personal info on my computer. What I do with the broadband i purchase FROM them, should be only viewed by me, and my household

Btw, I wouldn't be surprised if this is some sort of set up for a corrupt nuker; nuke-wars have been around lately, and there are supposedly some dirty poltics going on. Other words: some grp members have links/members to nukenet. They have been trying to nuke another grp's release and thus could proper.
Some rumours have been around Pukka has a hidden agenda regarding this. They are a major player within the scene. They could easily ask a nuker which is linked to them to find a dumb nuke-reason.
Some other group just might want to expose the nuker which is corrupt in their eyes.
Scene politics.

The scene is worried about leaks. Not for the money or eliteness or whatever...
They are worried because nowadays the public can get scene stuff in a matter of minutes after pre. Now when the main audience gets the scene releases, MPAA etc watchdogs will target even more on piracy. If the main audience wouldn't get so many scene releases this quick, they wouldn't try to get it to a hold that hard. Fot movie companies etc. it's all about money; for scene it's all about safety. The scene is entitled to protect their asses. It sure isn't going to stop, and I'm not mixing in the discussion if it's the scene's own fault. Just take a view from their situation.
Must be disturbing if a die-hard scener, and especially someone from the scene-core (nukenet) sort of speak has been spotted in a p2p chan. It's not only about leaks, or scene/p2p mix-ups, but about security and safety. If watchdogs bust the scener or something, it might lead to the scene-core, I guess.
Just keep in mind scene releases were never intend to get to the mainstrain public. Especially if watchdogs will try harder to hit the sources. Unwanted attention.

Hi!
I was a writer for rlslog.fr... it's down because YouAndMe (an old writer) wanted his account to be destroy. The boss wasn't agree (don't know why :p) so YouAndMe gave his username/pass on the irc. The "boss" has decided to close the site because some peole who were hating the site (yeah it's public we know) had access to the IP of some of our visitor who had left comments, and of the writer.
I don't think it's going to be up again :(
By the way, the translation his: "the website is definitely close, thanks to YouAndMe. He sure earn a leech from your topsite. By the way, the rar was uploaded from the ip: 82.253.78.224.
