New releases of old films are difficult to find these days, so I’ve decided to post old releases of old movies who once again get published. Here is another release that some of you will like to down, myself I haven’t seen this movie with Adam Sandler so I’m grabbing. Besides Adam Sandler, Brendan Fraser and Steve Buscemi also star in this comedy that appeared in the cinemas 14 years ago. Enjoy!

Chazz (Brendan Fraser), Pip (Adam Sandler), and Rex (Steve Buscemi) are the Lone Rangers, a heavy metal rock group that’s going nowhere fast. Tired of playing lame gigs and trying to win over record executives, the band heads to its local radio station in a desperate attempt to have its demo played. Unfortunately, things go awry when toy guns are pulled out and mistaken for real ones in the heat of the moment, forcing the band to hold the station’s employees hostage. Surrounded by the police and thousands of rock & roll fans who have flocked to the station, the boys become unlikely heroes, a voice for those who choose not to conform to corporate America.

A little lighter than Michael Lehmann’s dark comedy directorial debut HEATHERS, this film offers plenty of physical comedy from Michael Richards and Chris Farley as well as humorous performances from the boys in the band, Michael McKean as the station manager, and Joe Mantegna as DJ Ian the Shark. Live performances by White Zombie and the Galactic Cowboys set the tone for the film, which also boasts an impressive soundtrack.

    This movie rocks, not quite as good as billy madison or happy gilmore, but deffinatly worth the view if your a sandler lover. Even though he dont play the biggest role in this movie, he’s still great!

    Pop006 has it right. The main focus is on Brendan Fraser though Sandler & Buscemi have their parts.

    I particularly enjoyed this movie and would definitly recommend this to the community.

    Yeah this is a great film and when I saw it when I was 14 I had to record the Lone Rangers song off the tv on a cassette player… ! Might just d/l the OST too for old time sake ;)

    Oh and that chick that Adam Sandler’s character bangs gave me a lot to think about when I was younger too….. !

    Don’t waste your time with this one.

    As always with Adam Sandler films…if it isn’t Happy Gilmore or The Wedding Singer, it sucks.

    i love this movie i have forever, stop comparing it to adam sandler movies its not an adam sandler movie he has a pretty small part, this is a brendon frasier movie and one of his best hes funny as hell in this, best line ever yer steppin on my dick man

    @ 8 - yeah but this isn’t an Adam Sandler film, as 3 & 4 say the focus is on Brendan Fraser with Sandler as a supporting role. If you like rock music it’s a classic film to have.

    Airheads is a great movie and even though sandler has a small role it is a perfect role for him with a couple of funny scenes.

    Ps. The wedding singer’s crap compared to this
