Wow here we have the second PROCYON release in about 20 minutes. Pre’d about 8 minutes ago Age of Empires II The Asian Dynasties is the latest expansion pack for the 2 year old real-time strategy from Ensemble Studios and Microsoft. As is implied by the title this pack expands the AOE III universe to include the Asian countries from 16th, 17th and 18th century’s. A few of the new features include three new civilizations; India, China and Japan as well as a equal number of new single player campaigns. Furthermore there will be 11 new maps, 4 new game modes and 15 all new wonders. The reviews are surprisingly good, they all range from 7.5 to 9.0 out 10, not bad for an expansion pack based on a dated game. You will need the original AOE III to play this as well as having the other Warchiefs expansion installed if you want that content to be accessible as well. Again the same applies for this release as it has in all other PROCYON games. You are required to mount the game in Damon Tools to get it to run as no crack is supplied. Yet i still suspect for such a high profile game a crack should appear very soon. Defiantly worth the download if your a strategy nut or equally a Age of Empires nut. Have fun strategizing and conquering!

    Hi Voz i am having the same problem as you , when i installed asian dynasties it is only showing the new civz i.e indian , japanese and chinese while the warchief campaign and races are gone from both the campaign menu as well as the skirmish , does anyone have a fix for this ?

    You need to open the 001 file with winrar and then from within winrar unpack. They are not rar files and do compile into something useless with HJ splitter, but just use winrar and it will unpack into a bin & cue file. Mount the cue with your favourite emulator and off you go. :)

    voz, duke, i’m having the same problems that you guys are having. the warchief expansion civilizations and campaign don’t appear and also my standard civilizations’ capital cities don’t appear when i skirmish.

    the only thing i can come up with is that my versions were cracked my different groups.

    if anybody knows how to fix this, help would be greatly appreciated.

    I discovered recently Skydur.com – a little proxy, unfortunatelly not free. I wish it is free but it’s not so expensive neither – just about $5 bucks per month. I can now access all web sites again from China – youtube, twitter, facebook and hulu. Skydur is very fast and works on Windows, Mac and Linux – check it out here – Skydur.com – you won’t be disappointed. Believe me I tried dozens of free proxy programs and noone worked as advertised.
