In the screen cap the window title says "Alpha 4" – does that mean it's an alpha version??? I wouldn't trust my hard disk to an alpha release of a defrag tool.
@4 Bronko – The nested archives are an attempt to prevent internet traffic monitors from seeing what is being downloaded as most tools only look inside archives but not at archives within archives. Combine that with the abbreviated file naming conventions and it makes it harder for monitors to use keywords to match against. This method works for now, but not for long…

What is the reason for multiple compressions? I just don't see the point in compressing the files into a split rar file (with the nfo), then zipping each of those rar files into an individual zip file (along with nfo of course), and finally rar'ing all those zip files into a final archive (again with the nfo). That all just seems unnecessary and doesn't make sense to me. We get it, so-and-so group cracked such-and-such program, grats to you (it's not an easy task for most) but I think 1 nfo should be enough to get the point across. I've just never seen it done with games or movies and they are part of the scene too.

The screen cap also says v3.0.0. Since you can see the Alpha 4 you can also see for which version the shot was taken. You can also install the posted software, and check the file version directly. Just because you install it doesn't mean it will screw up your computer, just don't press the button labeled "Start Defragment".

I, also, think it's a pain in the ass to unrar, unzip, unrar again, etc., etc., in order to get to the actual file. I don't know why they do it this way. Maybe it's for uniformity, maybe it's for some perceived sense of security, maybe a little of both, maybe neither. But as long as the suppliers, whoever they may be, (some refer to them as "The Scene"), insist on presenting things this way, we have no choice but to bite the bullet. For this software, once you unrar the first file, you'll end up with a new folder. Unrar or unzip everything into this folder (always choose "extract here"). Eventually you'll end up with two files – one is the setup file, the other is the crack. These are the only files you need. You can delete all the other crap. For me, the file and its crack installed flawlessly, and seemed to work OK. The next day, however, I did experience my first BSOD in a long time. Whether the software is to blame or not remains to be seen.
