Heh, the only people capable of hacking into high end websites would be those lame anti-establishment as$holes that attack government websites…Stop making yourself sound important…

Back on topic, why cant any of the big corporations bring out a media player to compete with VLC? We all know how bloody buggy the program is, but thats just because it is open source. Just imagine what a media player with VLC like capabilities could do for a corporation, and at the same time I could get a heavily budgeted VLC clone with fewer bugs! Its win freakin win! Best part is, if something like that did happen and they screwed it up, I could just go back to VLC…

This just sounds kinda sad really.. It might be good, but somehow I have a feeling that the guys who were assigned to program/develop/whatever this player weren’t cheering like “Woo, were gonna do something new and innovative and FUN!” “Could have been working at Ubisoft, developing Assassin’s Creed or something instead”

A. yes a player
B. ment to convert audio and video for the iAudio/Cowon players.

have any of you ever tried Cowon Jet Audio? I like it a lot, and dont use anything else (except vlc sometimes), you can get it from any of the FOSI websites http://kickme.to/FOSI

This is interesting because of the content on there… but the player itself is not something you’d use for local content. Looks like a lot of people here read “media player” and think it’s only for your own videos.

This is actually not that bad… though it really should be online on a site instead of only as an AIR application. I doubt that many people will actually use the download podcasts/play local content feature of this.
