Although Flash isn't all that bad and you can do a lot of good things with it, there's one point of failure. They use different codebases for different platforms. The latest Win32 version is not compatible with the latest Linux version. Embedded flash isn't compatible (and the embedded version comes in a few flavours too) and now we get Mobile Flash which will probably have another codebase and won't be compatible with other platforms. NOOO, no more new flashies!!!
