CiNEFiLE have released a Steven Seagal classic movie, Above the Law (AKA Nico: Above the Law). Above the Law is a 1988 action film, best-known for being the first film debut of Steven Seagal. Probably one of Seagals best movies and his very first, although i cant really remember a lot about the movie because i havent seen it in probably 10 years or something but either way enjoy :D

Seagal plays Nico, a tough cop who pulls off the biggest drug bust of his career, only to have the FBI throw a wrench in it: why are they protecting one of the country’s biggest drug lords, and what does it have to do with Nico’s covert work in Vietnam? As his temper explodes all over Chicago, Nico’s sixth-degree black belt in aikido proves helpful in his search for answers.

    sorry there is actually no plm with the rs links
    after re-downloading rar 22 and 23, i was able to extract the mkv file successfully
