Another R5 release today this time a movie called “A Perfect Getaway” starring some pretty good actors including Timothy Olyphant, Milla Jovovich, Kiele Sanchez, Chris Hemsworth and Steve Zahn. A Perfect Getaway is a 2009 thriller film written and directed by David Twohy and has received some fairly decent reviews so far. Both video and audio quality on this release look and sound pretty nice, definitely a watchable release.

Cliff and Cydney (Steve Zahn and Milla Jovovich) are an adventurous young couple celebrating their honeymoon by backpacking to one of the most beautiful, and remote, beaches in Hawaii. Hiking the wild, secluded trails, they believe they’ve found paradise. But when the pair comes across a group of frightened hikers discussing the horrifying murder of another newlywed couple on the islands, they begin to question whether they should turn back.

Unsure whether to stay or flee, Cliff and Cydney join up with two other couples, and things begin to go terrifyingly wrong. Far from civilization or rescue, everyone begins to look like a threat and nobody knows whom to trust. Paradise becomes hell on earth as a brutal battle for survival begins…

    Why are they coming with all the good releases knowing i gotta work all weekend. I can’t wait to watch Orphan,Surrogates, and A Perfect Getaway. I hope it rains Monday so i can stay in bed and watch movies.

    I just finished watching it.. it went out of sync in the middle of the movie for about 2 minutes but then went back in sync.

    So its only OOS for about 2 mins in the middle (For me when i watched it anyway)

    @ 89, The over all sound quality of visions release is good but it goes out of sync as well of and on. over all watchable but still not perfect. If your wanting perfect I would wait for a proper.
