A new Editor
Hello all! What a great start to 2007. Martin just gave me the opportunity to be a new editor. It is a time consuming hobby, so he thought it would be a good idea to add a new face to his team.
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Scit. I live in The Netherlands, and I’m 18 years old. Most of my day is spent behind my PC, downloading everything I can find. And of course checking RLSlog. I’ve been on this site for almost 6 months now, and it was like my daily newspaper. From now on, it officially is!
I hope everything goes smoothly because English is not my native language. When you find my grammar a bit odd, blame my parents! 
Wow, I live in Canada and my grammer sucks ass and its my native tounge.
So as long as we get the jist of what your saying, then I am happy.

English IS my native language, and can honestly say I couldn’t even attempt to converse in any other language!

Hey guys.
Im kinda new here so i will just say hey and welcome to the bit “family”
BTW does rlslog have a forum of such where members can communicate.
cause i think i need help setting up my bit torrent program i am having trouble getting good speeds for downloads, i upload to my cap (512=420kb/s)
but i only get about 10-30 kb/s down (with a 6mb connection)
So maybe you guys can send me in the right direction for help

You know why I love love coming to places like this? Because there’s no good Tv program left in Germany at all. Honestly! All you get is stuff like “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” (the counterpart to American Idol) and documentaries like “Joe Avergae is moving or getting a new wife (and/or) drunk).” Arrested Development? - Never aired here… Curb Your Enthusiasm? - Same. 30 Rock? Might happen, although I won’t bet on it. Daily Show/Colbert Report? - Nope!
And the worst part: If it airs, it gets dubbed, so the only options left are torrents and the usenet

I once asked to contribute to the site… Martin said I couldn’t because I used a curse-word in the comments! What poor reasoning.
@Meils: Dutch TV, movies and games are never dubbed or translated. They do dub or translate TV shows/games/movies that are intended for little children of course. Everything here is subbed, that’s why we’re all so good with the English language. And when there’s a kiddie movie in theaters or on DVD, there are always two versions: one is dubbed, one is subbed. I love living in this country.
@Mr.X: I remember you, and I wouldn’t have made you a contributor either after the RLSLOG bashing you did in that period. That’s just as stupid as saying you hate Italian food on your CV, when your applying for a job in a pizzeria…
Your English should not be a problem on this site, after all the poor quality articles that Martin has written lately. We’re used to reading bad English, now.

I have also Applied to RLSLOG yesterday by sending a little CV to the m@ster.
I think that nobody can judge Martin, cause he started it for friends etc.
And he sais that he is from Czech and english is not his native language

And its free, the guy spend much hours to bring you the latest news.
I would like to see a team of 5 men
and Martin could take a hour to learn the guys where to find the latest news. (some links)

Hey Scit, gefeliciteerd! I check Rlslog zelf ook elke dag alsof het de krant is. Het is gewoon een lekkere no-nonsense site en daar houd ik wel van. Ik hoop dat je leuke posts in elkaar knutselt en veel plezier daar dan ook mee.
