If you understand how your registry works then registry cleaners can work beautifully. I've been using regcleaner (the original) together with NTRegopt for years until I upgraded to vista 64, and it very rarely brought up anything remotely dangerous even when running the fully automated scans. Couldn't tell you what this particular registry cleaner is like though as I haven't used it. that isn't true at all.
