Actually, all the laugh is Eddie Murphy AKA Donkey. Amazing performance. But the best thing i liked about Shrek - in contradiction to Ice Age, which i believe Ice Age 2 was really nothing more but a few more scenes with Scrat that saved the film - is the thing that you see in the movie characters that you have allready read in fairytales, and there is something really "grown up" in the way that they are presented. It is some kind of a fairytales parody. Dont tell me that you didnt like Pinochio with the G-string and the blind Mice in Shrek 2, you will not be telling the truth.
