300 CAM XviD-CAMERA
Here we go! I just wrote a short post about new trailer for 300 today and here’s the first release already. Released by group CAMERA, this cam encoded in xvid is really what you imagine under the cam source – one of the crappiest video source under the sun. I actually agreed with idea which appeared in some discussion regarding this release: “source: mobile phone”. As I wrote before, 300 totally deserves visiting your local cinema, because watching this cam release will just ruin your visitor’s experience – the movie is full of effects and scenes which have to be seen on the big projecting screen!
Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, “300″ is a ferocious retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae in which King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valor and sacrifice inspire all of Greece to unite against their Persian enemy, drawing a line in the sand for democracy. The film brings Miller’s (Sin City) acclaimed graphic novel to life by combining live action with virtual backgrounds that capture his distinct vision of this ancient historic tale.

hahaha, sorry but for this you have to wait or go to the cinemas. i went yesterday and im still thinking about the movie. i like it so much, all frank miller’s work is good and they come nice brought on screen like sin city. but I liked “300″ more… once it’s ancient greek history.

It was on MiniNova earlier today (Sat, Mar 10) but now its gone, but when i downloaded only the sample and nfo off mininova, both were corrupt.
Im thinking its one of the fakes the industry puts out, lots of seeds/leechers with no comments. But there may be a legit Prevail release somewhere, I also haven’t tried the btjunkie link i posted above yet..

how can this be real when it says the movie is 89minutes but on yahoo movies it says its 116 minutes . can someone help please ?
I’m going to watch it in the cinema or maybe when a decent R5/XviD comes out. Great movies like this shouldn’t be watched in shitty CAM or TS quality.

Just came home from seeing this movie an hour ago, it is freaking amazing. the picture is art … should be best picture of 2007 lol.

arrrgghhh…my eyes! between the constant blinking and in/out of focus shots, I have a raging headache! not to mention it’s dark and the film is so cropped you can’t see the complete head of the characters.
i can’t wait to see it in theater tomorrow…

id not been to the cinema in a couple of years and went on friday to see OUTLAW which is shit by the way ! the trailer for 300 was shown and i know the films gonna rock but not on a cinema projection screen, as im now so used to watching HD that the cinema screen looked like i was watching a pirate copy
cinema’s need to wise up and do summit quick bcoz i defo wont pay to go again until they upgrade the viewing experience ! dont get me wrong the sound was still top notch !

millions of dollars worth of production, and the first 6 month of realse, people are only allowed to peek at something most people would prefer to watch at home, and yet its out, i want it, why the hell should i have to make my way to a filth encrusted cinema, breathing the same air as people who said shit like this,

Maybe the cinemas at your place are 30-40 years old. The one in my neighboorhood is not even 2 years old and is just great, haven’t noticed any bad at all and I have been in cinemas in many different country’s

i saw the trailer in londons leicester square where some of the worlds biggest premiers are shown and even the newest cinemas simply dont come anywhere near HD quality !!
this film as with sin city have been made with HD / BLUE RAY in mind

What a terrible slice of cinema. Fiction based on the fact there is a myth about 300 Spartans… I prefered Kirk Douglas.. “I am Spartacus” … Rather than see this at a cinema I recommend you wait till you see this in the bargain bucket at your local video store…

I went last night and watched the movie…. was awesome guys!!! need to been seen in big screen and not by crappy cam version… the storyline is 95% to the original ancient history and not like fuckin Troy or Alexanter the Great…
