I hate anti-gunners.. They have some sort of fantasy-logic where they think that by criminalizing guns, the guns will disappear from the planet and there will be no more gun violence. We all see how hard it is to get weed since its illegal in the US, huh?

The pandoras box of guns has been opened. They will never disappear, and there is nothing you can do about it…. Raise your kids right and make sure theyre not the ones pulling the trigger on an elderly couple for a few hundred bucks.

#1 Arguments like that is probably why countries like usa have so much violence and killings imho…
Personaly I live in Sweden where weapons are more restricted and I guess that’s not the only reason but we have alot less kills/people ratio here – and that’s probably true in almost every country in the world compared to usa I guess.
To quote a smart person…. “Guns don’t kill people, death kills people. Ask a doctor, it’s a medical fact. If we had more guns in this country, we’d have less shootings” ….

This show is the very best of ALL of the “30 days” episodes: The “alien” moves the farthest in terms of personal development and removal of predjudices, the “host” is very balanced and while steadfast in his (their) beliefs he wholeheartdely enters her (the aliens) world too. She engages in their life more than i’ve seen in other episodes, including taking the host’s kid to college in order to encourage him to begin an education. And finally she deeply penetrates the “host’s world” from many different aspects. This was truly a great episode!

I agree.. This is by far one of the (if not THE) best episodes of this entire series. I encourage all to watch.

this sounds juicy. im getting this one. my opinion on gun control is that it’s bad – ‘the man’ wants to impose gun control on you because then you can’t revolt against a government. like what the nazis did, take away all the citizens guns.

Love this show, but disappointed that last couple weeks. This was an excellent episode. It was amazing to see her fear and views change so much.

I am torn on the whole gun issue. I own a 12 gauge assualt, and a Sigma 40 Hand Gun.

I agree with both sides, and If it where possible to clean the guns off the street near 100 percent except for law enforcement, I would be all for it. And even then, I think law enforcement should only be allowed to mostly carry non lethal weapons on their persons, unless the situation deemed otherwise.

But the changes that would be needed to make this happen would have to be extremely radical, and added to Corporate lobbyists and our corrupt government, I will just stick to owning my guns and hoping I never have to use them.

I like the idea of being able to own a gun freely like you can in usa, but i think its better when its more strict restrictions especially on handguns.

the background check should be rigorous and if you need pass an exam to get a car, you should also need it to get a gun. if you can hit, say 17/20, you can have a handgun. Ofc i live in sweden and i dont feel a need for one. My father when he lived in the states had 3, one in the kitchen, 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the car. in the usa it would be foolish not to have one, because everybody else does.

You’ve gotta be crazy to think “The Man”, with tanks, rocket propelled grenades, and if nothing else, the atomic bomb, is concerned about people owning guns. When militias could keep the governments in check, yeah, made some sense. Now, the only point is hunting and “protection”. Protection meaning the available use by the citizenry, against the citizenry. Relaxed gun ownership is “The Man”s greatest, most effective use of populous control.
