3 new VoMiT DVDRips: Collapse, Pineapple, Family Hero

The lately busy group VoMiT released three new DVDRips lately, so I made a 3-in-1 post for you. VoMiT is a pretty good group as far as the quality of their releases goes, just not the movies the release so I wouldn’t worry about nukes or any of that.

Collapse.2006.DVDRip.XviD-VoMiT

John, a young writer who inherits his Father s fortune moves with his wife Elisa to the house of their dreams in the mountains. At first it is paradise but then it quickly turns into Hell.

Quality: The movie is very short, so the quality on this is pretty damn good. Stereo AC3 audio and pretty high video bitrate.

“Pineapple” offers a window into the frailties and fallibility of humanity. This gritty story exposes a world of rampant drug use and sexual experimentation. Brutally honest in its portrayal of a dark lifestyle, it shows man at his best and worst and how sometimes the two are nearly indistinguishable. The frank subject matter and accurate character portrayals provide an experience bordering on voyeurism.

Quality: Again very nice, AC3 5CH audio and pretty standard bitrate.

Family.Hero.2006.DVDRip.XviD-VoMiT

The death of Gabriel Stern, owner of The Blue Parrot Cabaret, takes Nicky, a magician at the club for over 40 years, by surprise. He’s in for a bigger surprise when the will is read. It turns out Stern has left his club not to Nicky, but to Nicky’s two kids, Nino and Marianne, as well as Marianne’s mother Simone and Nino’s mother Alice.

Quality: This movie is in French but VoMiT supplied us with the subs to go with this release. Nice and usual video and audio with 133kbps audio.

    No subs for “Family Hero” Contrary to what the review says, the .nfo states there aren’t any subtitles. Anyone know where they can be found, I’ve been searching all the sbtitle sites I can find and no-one seems to have these

    Au contraire - the .nfo states that there ARE english subs, and that it was a previous release that didn’t have them. So, when someone has the subs, can we have a link?

    I just watched the video sample posted above for PINEAPPLE.

    Excellent example of piss-poor acting (especially the guy who appears near the end of the clip).

    Will I be downloading this ? Christ, no !

    Why do VOMIT bother ? Do they purposely only pick the worst movies to upload, then giggle to themselves about how they’ve “made lots of people download a piece of crap they’re immediately going to regret” ?

    Is that how they get thier kicks ?

    I wonder…..

    Alright finally figured it out.
    Need to click on the “Altyaziui Indir” buttom - they need English subtitles to navigate the site.

    BTW “Heros” is a quirky comedy about what makes us family. It’s not a perfect movie by any means, but certainly worth the time in watching (even with subs) and a welcome respite from the endless stream of realilty tv releases which now seems to be flooding rlslog.

    Current imdb score is 6.5 which should mean not good,not bad….BUT the acting is quite amateur style,film is slow and predictable. And if you think you will see steamy scenes,forget it. Imdb score should rather be 4.

    well!!
    the subs provided works do not rename the sub file it works fine when you drag it in the vls media player when youve opened the movie!
