28 Weeks Later R5 XViD-mVs

Guys from group mVs spread their release types with R5 rips – if I’m right, this is their first release of such a kind. This amazing movie was available in a great dvd screener from the very same group earlier, so many of you’ve already seen it probably. The quality of this release is pretty good, which means it’s almost the same thing as previous dvd screener. If you missed the dvdscr, this is your chance to see this sci-fi flick with Rose Byrne in one of the main roles once again.

Seven months after the rage virus has annihilated the British isles, the US army declares that the war against infection has been won, and that the reconstruction of the country can begin. In the first wave of returning refugees, a family is reunited–but one of them unwillingly carries a terrible secret. The virus is not yet dead, and this time, it is more dangerous than ever.

    This movie is good.
    I loved the helicopter scene.

  2. August 3rd, 2007 | 21:26

    I severely underestimated this sequel, I suggest anyone who liked the original movie (28 Days Later) to check this sequel out! Also, 28 Months Later is in the works: http://kevintufo.net/ktbv3/movie-news-summary-31-07-07/

    Can someone please compare and contrast the two mVs releases of this movie, the R5 version, and the DVDSCR version found here: http://www.rlslog.net/28-weeks-later-dvdscr-xvid-mvs/ other than the obvious that the sources are different… is the R5 quality better… are there added/removed scenes from the R5 version, is one longer than the other…

    Thanks

    why is it that zombie flicks have gotten worse and worse as time goes by? They need to stop making these movies to get a broader audience and start making good horror movies. This movie wasn’t that great, it was o.k. I liked the first part of the movie when they were seemingly overwhelmed and had almost no chance of survival. To me that’s the scariest part of horror flicks.

    @22:
    if there’s dvdscr or R5 now, it means that the dvdrip is coming soon that’s one of the things why I like to wait for the dvdrip.

  23. NoFatChicks
    August 3rd, 2007 | 23:49

    why wait till next week? ripped the audio from the dvdscr and sync with the r5 => dvdrip quality a/v :)

  24. JackSparrow
    August 3rd, 2007 | 23:54

    @24

    uhhhh…

    no???

    Screeners are COMPLETELY unrelated to when dvd rips show up…

    as for R5’s that’s unrelated too, R5’s are basically screeners, they never remaster the video which actually takes quite a bit of time… They sell them in russia because piracy is so big, so they just release the r5 around the same time as the movie hits theaters for alot of movies…

    A dvd rip could show up tomorrow or in 6 weeks…

    This movie is utter garbage. Just because it has gore and stuff people think its “ok” or “wow”. I dont get it.
    Dont waste your time, lads. Unless you like zombies vomitting, chopper-blade massacre or plain B-D-movies.
    It scored a 5 on my IMDB. But again – im not a fan of zombie-flicks.

    A recent GOOD movie, if you need to kill some time this weekend – go for “Blood Diamond”. Not this low-IQ crap *shrug*

    Have dl Mr Brooks but not had the chance to watch yet.
    Is it really better than Blood Diamonds – never a big fan of Costner ……but what the hell do I know .lol

  33. ville84
    August 4th, 2007 | 00:49

    #32 Yeah and not just british teens. There are tons of stupid people in horror movies. Why does it have to bee that way? Can’t a gost/zombie/monster kill people with an IQ is above 100? But I still liked the movie since it’s well made.

    There wasn’t anything good in this movie at all, the whole reason for the virus outbreak felt like they had made up the plot as they were going along.

    I must say that people are very easy to please when it comes to horror movies, not that this has anything remotely scary in it.

  36. August 4th, 2007 | 01:02

    This is more like their 8th R5 rls (not including nukes). Check your dupe DB.

    I’d give it a look b/c it doesn’t have those damn B&W scenes which come at one of the goriest points of the movie.

But I downloaded the DVDSCR and I was wondering if this one has black and white scenes and the blur or the message at the bottom??
