most of our government should be held responsible for the crimes they perpetrate

under the UCMJ. While I can never be recalled to service due to service connected

for ANY reason. That is in the contract that he signed and has been in every contract
for military enlistes and officers since 1975 and has been upheld by the UCMJ as well as

Articles 88 is identical with the UCMJ.

So, in summary, as New York’s code of military justice is identical with the UCMJ,
and as the President of the United States can order a court martial (as well as
anyone else he so delegates), as such this twit is in more trouble then he ever thought

Not only that, even IF there was extra money, when you have a trade imbalance and that means more money is being paid out of the treasury then coming in (or you owe more then you have) YOU DO NOT HAVE A SURPLUS! Or in simple terms terms you can understand if you have three apples that you bought for 2.00 and then you sold them for 1.75, while you have money you do not have a surplus because you still are .25 short of breaking even. I can’t say that I am a firm believer in everything he says, but clearly he is a much more educated, passionate and sophisticated individual who will deliver more to the demands of the majority of Ameircan citizens than 72 year old McCain who can barely speak on his own behalf. And for people who make the assumption that obama will be assassinated, that is ludicrous. It is very difficult to assassinate an American president (in the case of JFK, there was clearly foul play). Either way, regardless of your beliefs, Obama is just the better choice given the two options.
