Truth is in the spirit of the Olympics, all the athletes and their respective countries did well.

However, it has to be agreed that the medal table should be sorted by gold and not total medals.

That’s all it is.

First off, not all Americans voted for Bush so let’s cut the crap. As for the immigration laws, every single Country in the World has one. You can not enter a Country without a PASSPORT!
As for the Medal counts, yes China kicked some major Butt. Their national anthem was played the most on top of the podium’s. However, their Olympian’s are STATE funded. If you have any inclination of being an athlete the Country puts you into a paid program. Where as here in the US we actually have to pay quite a lot of money to raise an Olympian. Just ask the gymnasts or Michael Phelps. But enough ranting. Go OBAMA!

Why do we have to hear all the pro-Americans going on about how THEY won the most amount of medals. That THEIR medal table should be arranged in that order so THEY are at the top.

That table has been arranged just to make it look like the USA is the best lol Big number must mean big best eh? Only dumbass rednecks will fall for that one. Gold medals are all that matters and China pwned everyone. I was an Olympic Bronze Medalist once.. aha, like anyone would care about that. Gold or nothing.

Oh and why would everyone be getting up tight about underage commpetitors? The olympics is spose to be the best of the best, age doesnt really count. If you lose to someone because their better you can’t cry that their too young can you? lol The underage rule is there so that children don’t get put under to much pressure. Apart from that though of couse they should be allowed to compete if they are the best.

lol yeh the tally is funny, im not that surprised that the american media would do it tho. The fact is success at the Olympics is dominated by how much money is put into development by a country. Better facilaties and more support = more gold. By this and per capita Australia wins ahahaha We had a gold coast life guard just head out to the olympics for fun and he wins a gold and a silver GW! Oh and yeh the judges are impartial and they have to be with world wide video coverage of the olympics.
