Fabolous – From Nothin’ To Somethin’ (2007)
It’s time to have another rap album on here, this one is from Fabolous with his new album coming out soon “From Nothin’ to Something’. This will be his fouth studio album which is due to be released on the 12th of June. The album has alot of featured artists such as Akon, Rihanna, Ne-Yo, T-Pain etc. the dude has worked with alot of big artists in the urban music game with big producers such as Timbaland, Akon, JD, Just Blaze (I hate this “producer”, the guy samples old school music for new and current waste artists). Anyway i enjoyed fabolous’ previous album “Real Talk” i hope it will be good, but judging from the featured artists it may just seem like any other rap/hiphop album but i may be wrong.
From Nothin’ to Somethin” is Fabolous’ fourth studio album, to be released on June 12, 2007. Def Jam has confirmed that the first single from the album will be “Diamonds”, featuring Young Jeezy. The song has already started playing on local radio stations. The second single is set to be “Return of the Hustle”, featuring Swizz Beatz).
Def Jam has pushed back the release date five times, starting with December 19 to February 27, then to March 23, then to April 17, next to May 18, and finally to June 12 (as listed on the Def Jam Records website). XXL ranked From Nothin’ to Somethin’ the eighth most anticipated album of 2007.

Despite a three-year gap since his last album, Real Talk, the Brooklyn emcee has appeared on sporadic projects, including recordings by DJ Clue, Christina Milian, and Syleena Johnson.Fabolous has shot videos for “Return of the Hustle” with Swizz Beatz, “Diamonds” with Young Jeezy, and “Make Me Better” with Ne-Yo. As of May 31, 2007, the album has been leaked to the internet.
John David Jackson (born November 18, 1979 [1]), better known as Fabolous, is a Grammy-nominated rapper of African-American and Dominican descent from Brooklyn who became a mainstream star after his debut single “Can’t Deny It” (a remake of Tupac Shakur’s “Ambitionz Az a Ridah” from All Eyez on Me) from 2001 (see 2001 in music). Since then, he has had several additional successful releases.

A very nice comedy came online by a group that just began releasing x264 coded films. I was surprised by the quality of the screenshots and I think that this might be the future of DVDRiP’s. I’m totally unknown with all this codec thing, but I can tell that the quality difference is visible. This film has a very known cast, starring Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Snoop Dogg, Vince Vaughn, Amy Smart and Carmen Electra. I remember seeing this film by the time it was out on DVD and it introduced me to the old classic series with the same name. This is a really fine release in 2CD’s with AC3 sound. Enjoy!

Its been a slow few days for the the game scene and the scene in general, but here’s a game that might be worth checking out. Brought to us by the “special” people at PROCYON it is entitled the Marvel Trading Card Game. Its alot different than previous marvel action/adventure games. As the title implies you have to collect trading cards of your favourite Marvel characters which include Spideman, The Hulk and the X-Men gang. You have to “battle” using your cards to acquire newer and more powerful cards allowing you to advance in the game. As you can tell by the screenshots below the game keeps a very comic book style to its graphics which i have to say i like but really all this video game is about is using an old card game formula and slapping on some pretty graphics and Marvel characters. Reminds me of the Pokemon trading card game i played when i was school. Ah memory’s…

So it won’t be that bad day after all – thanks to group ViSUAL which released an R5 rip of a really good thriller Vacancy. I know many people have been waiting for this and it’s finally here in good quality. It has been more than month from the first cam of this movie, but this is a huge step forward, you can easily watch this great flick now without missing something. The image is little dark, but still very good. Check samples at the bottom.
