Space Siege, a new Action-RPG game was released not to long ago. The graphics seem pretty bad, but the gameplay seems fun-ish if you’re into the genre. Either way, with the obvious lack of decent game releases lately, this may just have to do until a good game comes out.

Description: The survival of the human race lies entirely in your hands in Space Siege
This action role-playing game from Chris Taylor, the creator of the
award-winning Dungeon Siege games, moves you out from the dungeons and into space.

You are Seth Walker, a crew member on the Armstrong, the only colony ship to
survive a massive alien attack upon Earth. As the aliens descend upon the
Armstrong, Walker must fend off the extraterrestrial threat using his wits and weapons. To help his cause, he can choose to augment his body with a variety of cybernetic upgrades available throughout the Armstrong – but with each mechanical improvement, he becomes more machine than man. In this spectacular sci-fi adventure, will you risk your own humanity to save the human race.

    Omem obviously isn’t a gamer (there is nothing wrong with that) and for some reason nobody is bothering to post why this game is an important post…

    Anybody remember Dungeon Siege? Huge seller. Spawned sequel and add-on? Yeah, it’s the same people that made that game and changed the setting to a sci-fi crawler.

    Of course, just because Gas Powered Games made it and it has the same gameplay as Dungeon Siege doesn’t automatically make it a great game – but it is relevant and warrants some exploration among the gaming community.

    Unfortunately, the Dungeon Siege games were pretty much glorified Diablo clones at best, though they were probably one of the better ones. Chris Taylor needs to stick to doing RTS’ which he’s much better at doing.

    As for this game, it’s just simply aweful. Everything is so generalized and scaled back that you’ll probably get bored playing half an hour. Really, more steps backwards than forwards in gameplay compared to Dungeon Siege 2. Also, GPS need to get with the times and realize that mouse control for these types of games are starting to feel very inadequate (ie, for dodging). I use MegaUpload premium account since the last 2 years and so far it’s pretty good. One of my friend used Rapidshare premium account but he did not like it and recently switched over to Mega.     i havent played this so i can’t say it’s a ripoff of mass effect even if it seems that way. i hope the little AI robot sidekick is smarter than the 2 teammates. even if it isn’t, at least there is only one idiot walking in front of your field of fire rather than two. i’ll give it a try, but i don’t believe it will be any better than being a level 50+ spectre/commando. my femshepard is hot and this character looks like a wannabe douchebag terminator ;D

    Are you actually copmaring Mass Effect to this game theyre not even remotely familiar , besides this game is not the best but its pretty much playable and fun if you can get past the first tutorial kinda missions which are really , really boring otherwise its not that bad; good voice acting , there are sorts of side stories which you can learn by using data pads and the graphics are not that bad either im not your usual graphicwhore but could be better and gameplay is ok; its your avarage A-RPG nothing more nothing less.

    I don’t believe Chris Taylor is the Lead Designer for Space Siege. I think he is only lending his “name” to the project because of his fame and being the CEO and one of the founders of Gas Powered Games. However I’m assuming he “approved” the game’s release considering this interview on http://ve3d.ign.com/videos/33749/PC/Space-Siege

    Why do you want the trainer when this game has cheats?
    While paying:
    press key and type:
    code = description
    god = god mode
    heal = full heal and energy
    allweapons = all weapons
    boomstick = all weapons (also)
    brucesmash = 1-shot kill
    press key after each code to enable the cheat

    Now you don’t need a trainer.
    Note: even on god mode you will see the health bar going to zero but it refills again and you get a counter to how many times you died.

    the key is the ENTER key. this guy doesn’t allow the &gt and &lt inserted directly :(

    for skill points, type: skillpoints #
    where # are the skill points you want, e.g:
    ENTER
    skillpoints 99
    ENTER
    this will give 99 skill points

    for stats, i don’t know, but you can issue all the itens on inventory with:
    ENTER
    alldevices
    ENTER

    for abilities, type:

    The only solution I can give you ppl (@111, 114 and maybe @112) is:
    search google for a tool named: WinLauncherXP.
    doesn’t require installation.
    run it, set the game executable and set it also to use only 1 CPU (CPU 0) and run the game.
    From what I’ve read elsewhere, it seems many multi-core ppl are getting trouble running the game.

    If no result, then I rest my case :( since am out of ideas.

    What format files are these? Are they PowerISO archives? The 001 file opens in Winrar but it won’t extract it out correctly because 002 and 003 don’t work. Any idea on how to combine these into one ISO? The links were great but no description of what you are providing links to kind of sucks.

    I can’t run the game. It can’t detect my DVD. It ask user to insert correct DVD and restart application. I tried to click on shortcut and application itself on DVD but game won’t start. What is wrong with this game? was it burn incorrectly?

    there’s a file named spacesiege.exe inside the crack folder.
    copy that file to your game folder and run it!

    I have dl these files from links in post 81. by Top Secret (openfile.ru), but the password doesnt work. While unrar I stuck at 99 % with this message:
    D:\Downloads\SPSG.www.arab-gb.com.By.Arsenaly.part22.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file Space.Siege.www.arab-gb.com.By.Arsenaly\rld-spsg.iso (wrong password ?)

    Anyone has a similar problem? I will try to dl last part again and try with unrar again.
