Wow, this really seems like a f***ed up show to say the least. I’ve only seen the sample so far and I don’t think I’ll be watching this episode. It seems to literally be about what the title of the show implies: people dying. The show goes through a series of extraordinary deaths caught on tape. I doubt its VERY graphic, because if it was it wouldn’t be allowed on US television, nevertheless I suggest you skip this if you are sensitive.

A young womans new sex life is cut short, a gun enthusiast is no match for a rattlesnake, a bug collector is bitten by a black widow.

    Death is NOT.. i repeat NOT a bad thing in ANY sense of the word. Death is just a beautiful as birth! It is our ego, and selfishness that make it bad.. EVERYONE will face death… just as EVERYONE has faced birth. Its like sheding dead skin cells.. life as a whole, existing on this planet is not ETERNAL… or IMMORTAL, the life on earth, is made of all the plants and animals and organisms of the world… the way things are at this moment, would completely cease to be, if it werent for the other and so on…. and so, life on this planet the WE CALL earth gets wiped out? well, another form of it exists some other planet in some other galaxy. Maybe someone might learn something that would save their body from dying sometime… some bimbo decides to keep her shoes on some night.. therefore she doesnt stand in some electro-puddle and frys her noodle! Death is waiting for us all, and in death.. we are born into a new form of existence…. into one of the many dimensions that we, in our current dimension, and physical form… cannot, and will not comprehend, because it is not for us yet….
    you would not be here… if someone didnt die! Love it live it learn it and let it happen…. and then repeat.

    We all die sometime… but theres a thing in a real (not modern days distortions) human being brain that does not allow him to watch other people suffering, its called empathy, the ability to overcome it, is one step to psicopathy and those arent “normal”, take it off, im european, its not censorship, its good taste and humanity.

    Everyone needs to settle down. This is a Spike TV series thats rated tv14, not something off Rotten or Ogrish. I guess the best description is a over-the-top dramatizations of unusual ways to die followed by scientific explanations of what happened.

    The dude way above me is right, Rambo was waaaay more graphic then this. Everyone needs to chill the f out.

    if it was on Spike TV then it’s censored, either that or stupid staged re-enactments. they would never show anything gruesome, it’s a mainstream US network and they are so tame they even censor episodes of Pamela Anderson’s old tv series VIP.in one episode of VIP that i saw air here in Canada Pam was wearing a thong that showed her butt cheeks, and when i saw the exact same scene airing on Spike they digitized on a ridiculous digital bathing suit that covered up more of her butt. then again in the US they are more shocked by nudity then they are violence… they won’t show a naked tit on network tv but will show a crime show with people being murdered etc..

    you’ve all seen babies squeezed out, but whens it death there is a big taboo., mainly because people are scared and dont want to think/talk about it.

    @154 - Untraceable was pure hypocrisy. My dads death was shown on TV so I will show deaths on TV/WEB myself to get back at the media/public for showing/watching it… If you can’t see the hypocrisy in the film then…

    Producer: Lets make a film that highlights peoples wierd tendancy to watch death using erm.. death scenes, and then tell them how bad they are for watching it.

    If you put a sex scene in a movie that is even slightly graphic the movie becomes ‘R’ or ‘NC-17′.

    Even if it is not graphic, you are talking about watching a human life being extinguished, people with families, and lives. Whatever happened to dignity in death? A person’s life is tragically cut short and it becomes entertainment for the mindless masses. How sick and depraved has American culture become?     This was absolutely pathetic!! Claims to be real footage when all they done was make fake security camera footage and the acting is terrible!! The last incident is the only footage that is real which has been shown a billion times on tv around the poor, this shoulda been PG rated, absolutely pointless dribble for ratings by spike tv.
