100 Million BC 2008 DVDRip XviD-CM8

These lame attempts of name stealing always surprise me, but it probably works, considering the amount of peers downloading this release. One of the biggest movie hits right now is an adventurous film 10 000 BC. But some group of attention-whore-producers just filmed something called 100 Million BC, which is an utterly boring and cheap movie filmed in super short period of 14 days. The quality is okay, a standard 1 CD rip, but I really can’t suggest watching this…

A scientist from the failed Philadelphia Experiment leads a team of Navy SEALs back in time to the Cretaceous Period to rescue the first team he sent back during the 1940s. Things go wildly awry though, when on his return he accidentally brings a giant, man-eating dinosaur back through the portal and into modern-day, downtown Los Angeles.

Well, to be honest, after 10 000 BC, this can’t be any worst.
I will get this one and give it a shot - just to see, what were the production capable of in 14 days, considering the expansive crap by famous director…

I agree with Kieron on this one. Why go to the hassle of posting info on these kind of releases if they don’t seem remotely good, let alone interesting to the members of rlslog. Just seems like a waste of energy, time, and space. Post info on releases people actually want.

Just finished watching this, it’s an excellent movie that I would recommend to everyone here.

It’s about a scientist from the failed Philadelphia Experiment leads a team of Navy SEALs back in time to the Cretaceous Period to rescue the first team he sent back during the 1940s. Things go wildly awry though, when on his return he accidentally brings a giant, man-eating dinosaur back through the portal and into modern-day, downtown Los Angeles.

This is what Asylum does, they spin the title of a big release and make a craptastic knock-off for as little money as possible. Then they make a good cover for it and trick loads of people into buying it. That’s really all they do.

I will say, if you and some friends are looking to have a good time watching a bad movie, download “Bram Stokers Dracula’s Curse 2006″ from Asylum and directed/written by Leigh Scott. Have some beers, watch the movie, and keep a bucket nearby because you’ll laugh so hard you’ll puke. It’s the most awesomely bad movie EVER.

On the poster there is obviously t.rex, which evolved about 68 million years ago. There was no t.rex 100 million years BC. They should have used another dino.

And “1 million years BC” (older one) was even more absurd, as there was no Homo Sapiens (or even Neanderthal) and dinosaurs were all dead for about 64 million years.

Actually, only “10.000 BC” makes sense, as such things like mammoths and humans both lived in that times.

These movie titles often have something in common with better just released titles and are only made to fool people on there money.People who maybe don’t watch movies to often easily gets tricked by these titles so there is a huge commercial interest in these production companies to steal peoples money in these ways.Really lame for sure.

The only reason to see this film is for the laughs for how bad it is.

The plot leaves holes in it size of craters, the acting stinks, the editor must have been high while cutting it and the special effects looks like they were made by a ten year old. This is not an exaggeration.

“he accidentally brings a giant, man-eating dinosaur back through the portal and into modern-day, downtown Los Angeles.”

What is not to like about man eating dinosaurs? The plot sounds better 10 000 B.C.

I am downloading this for the comedic value.

Not on IMDB, because 10.000 BC is just crap, too.

I Had a crash after d/l’ing this, I unrared it and tried to play the file and got a blue screen of death, saying it was a ialmrnt5 error, rebooted and my internet was blocked, and my sys opened about 40 copies of the movie with mpc, closed everything, rebooted again in safe mode erased, so far ok, torrent was from newtorrent.
just an FYI may all be unrelated.

    This movie was awesome.

I spent half the time trying to see up the miniskirt one of the girls was wearing and the other half laughing at the cgi (people jumping up the side of a mountain ffs!).

While the title is 100 million years, they mentioned that they went back somewhere between 64 and 72 million years, so pfft to your no t-rex evolution theories (plus they do not call it a t-rex they have another name for the big red dinosaur).

Acting was just above average, more time and some more takes would help.
Plot was ok, they do the last 15 minutes twist like every other freaking movie out lately.
Its the graphics and directing that let this movie down.
A bigger cgi budget and this would be an awesome movie.

They must only have one fire-engine sample, because it is looped continuausly for the last third of the movie.

Watch it if you want to laugh at the cheap graphics.

Saw it, and i must say it wasn’t a complete piece of crap. The 3d was fine (for the budget i guess..).

I did skip some parts from this movie, but not a whole lot more than what i skipped in cloverfiel XD

    @96 Hearmi:
    Completely unrelated i’d say :)
