This movie is really strange and I really don’t know what to say after I watched it so I urge you all to also see it as you might have the same reaction as me. The release should have English subtitles but I cant confirm anything but the nfo says there is some so it should be all good.

My drama update for the week is a japanese drama called Fukigen na Gene

An unknown future. A boy confesses to the murder of another in an all-boy juvenile detention facility. More an exercise in style than storytelling, the story follows two detectives trying to uncover the case. Homosexual tension and explosive violence drives the story which delivers some weird and fascinating visuals.

    doesn’t sound appealing – but it is a takeshi miike film so is a must see for me – even his bad films are more interesting than most – can’t wait for his sukiyaki western django!! :)

    Its a Takashi Miike He is a very crazy director if you saw hostile 1 he was the japanese gentleman getting into the care tellin the hero to be careful…Takashii make yakuza,Horror movies and even childrens movies(The yokai war)…Some of you may already seen his classic Ichii the killer..Now go look up his movie Fudoh…

    I’m downloading this too! I’ve seen a lot of c-r-a-p posted on release log and for once a possible sucky movie looks interesting enough to at least download. Homosexual tension is the icing on the cake! This will be very very interesting..where’s my lube and cup of tea?
